This opportunity involves supporting a range of learners in special settings including moderate and co-taught resource rooms, multi-categorical self-contained classes, and settings for early childhood. Onsite participation is preferred, allowing you to create engaging, individualized experiences for students and collaborate closely with fellow educators.

Desired Qualifications
  • Active South Carolina Special Education Teacher License
  • Multi-Categorical or appropriate special education certifications
  • Experience in moderate/multi-categorical settings highly valued
  • Endorsement in Early Childhood Special Education required for PreK position
  • Background in diverse instructional strategies and inclusive classroom practices
  • Commitment to individualized student growth and success
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues, families, and support staff
Core Responsibilities
  • Deliver specialized academic support in alignment with IEP goals
  • Foster a positive classroom environment across various age groups and special settings
  • Plan and implement differentiated instruction for students with diverse learning needs
  • Maintain detailed documentation and compliance with state requirements
