Morrison Healthcare is hiring a DIETITIAN in Lancaster, SC. This is a full-time inpatient role at MUSC Health – Lancaster, SC.

: M-F, rotating weekends (every 5th week – both Saturday and Sunday with flexible scheduled days off)

Position Details
:
Full-Time Inpatient Dietitian for MUSC Health – Lancaster, SC

Lancaster, SC offers small-town living with easy access to big-city amenities, including Charlotte and Columbia within a short drive.

Salary
: $61,500 - $75,000 based on Payscale

• Clinical Nutrition Care:
  Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
• Education:
  
  Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Evidence-Based Practice:
  Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
• Quality & Performance Improvement:
  Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence:
  Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
• Mentorship & Professional Development:
  Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
