As a CNA:
- Provide compassionate, hands‑on patient care
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Support mobility, transfers, and safety
- Monitor and report patient changes to the nursing team
- Encourage and motivate patients during their recovery
- Coordinate unit communication and manage phone calls
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and scheduling
- Support physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff
- Keep the unit organized and running smoothly
Job Description
Minimum Education
- A high school diploma or GED required
- Currently registered as a Certified Nurse Assistant in South Carolina
- Basic Life Support (BLS) with the American Heart Association (AHA)
