Overview
The SAP FICO Manager will oversee the end-to-end finance process flow within SAP, ensuring that FI/CO functionality supports accounting, reporting, and operational requirements. This role will partner closely with controllership leadership and support ongoing enhancements in a post–S/4
HANA environment.
- Serve as the functional lead for SAP FI/CO within the finance organization
- Oversee how transactions and data flow through the SAP finance system
- Support continuous improvement and enhancements tied to business growth and new initiatives
- Partner with accounting leadership to ensure accurate reporting and close processes
- Maintain and improve reporting capabilities, including heavy use of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
- Act as a key liaison between Finance and IT/resources supporting ERP systems
- Strong SAP FI/CO functional expertise (manager-level)
- Experience supporting or leading post–S/4
HANA environments preferred - Understanding of finance process design, reporting, and controls within SAP
- Exposure to SAC or layered reporting tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to partner with finance leadership
