The Golden Technology team in Lancaster, SC is seeking a Desktop Support Technician – Level 1 to provide on-site IT helpdesk support in a fast-paced environment. You will assist employees with hardware, software, and network issues, resolving incidents within SLAs and documenting outcomes.
You’ll work directly with end users in person at our Lancaster, SC location, perform hardware upgrades, install equipment, and train users on new technologies while ensuring security and consistent service
