Material Handler Requirements and
Job Duties:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or material handling experience preferred
- Operate and monitor production equipment while maintaining safe and efficient workflow
- Remove completed spools from machinery, start new spools, and support continuous production
- Package finished products, place boxes on pallets, and secure loads with shrink wrap
- Perform quality checks and report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors
- Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards
- Maintain a clean, organized work area and assist with general material handling tasks
- Ability to perform repetitive lifting, standing, and physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to teamwork and safety

What You Will DoAs a Material Handler you will receive, move, stage, load, unload, organize, and transport materials throughout warehouse or manufacturing operations. You will verify inventory, maintain accurate product locations, prepare materials for production or shipment, assist with inventory control, and help ensure safe, efficient movement of products while following established workplace procedures.
A Material Handler helps maintain efficient warehouse operations by transporting materials, organizing inventory, and supporting production workflows. This role requires strong work habits, attention to detail, and the ability to safely handle a wide variety of products and materials.
The Material Handler combines material handling skills with inventory awareness and warehouse organization to help ensure products are available when and where they are needed.
