In this role, you will set up, program (as required), and operate one or more CNC work centers to perform punching, shearing, or forming operations. You’ll play a key role in ensuring precision and efficiency in the fabrication process. To be successful in this position, you should have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with CNC equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and modify programs on CNC machines for punching, shearing, or forming operations.
- Select and adjust machine tools, jigs, and fixtures; perform authorized maintenance as needed.
- Fabricate parts to specification using engineering drawings and precision measuring tools.
- Move materials using forklifts, hoists, overhead cranes, or manual handling.
- Accurately complete production records and maintain inventory data integrity.
Education:
- High School Diploma, or GED, preferred.
Shift:
- 1st shift: 6:00am-4:30pm
Supervisory Responsibilities
:
Responsible for creating a collaborative, safe and hazard-free environment that is driven by employee involvement. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to leading departmental continuous improvement projects, supporting and executing all safety and health policies and programs, employee training and incident investigations.

Required
3 years:
1-3 Years of related experience or the equivalent.
PreferredAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Proficiency with fractions and decimals.
Knowledge of metal fabrication operations and CNC methods, typically gained through technical education.
