Employee, Regular – 36 hours weekly, United States of America Nights shift

Hourly, Pay Grade:
Health-27. Sign‑On Bonus: $10,000. Nursing Student Loan Repayment Program available.

• 36 hours weekly
• Day Shift – Three 12‑hour shifts per week, includes some weekend coverage
• Nights – Shift differential applies when working at least four hours into the shift

• Monday–Thursday 3 p.m.–11 p.m.: $4.50 per hour
• Monday–Thursday 11 p.m.–7 a.m.: $4.75 per hour
• Friday–Sunday 11 p.m.–7 a.m.: $7.00 per hour
• Saturday–Sunday 7 a.m.–3 p.m.: $5.00 per hour
• Saturday–Sunday 3 p.m.–11 p.m.: $6.50 per hour

• Deliver patient and family‑centered care
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Lead and support assigned team members
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Provide patient education and health promotion

• Participate in shared governance and professional practice initiatives
• Utilize critical thinking to improve patient outcomes

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

• Current South Carolina Registered Nurse License or Compact State RN License
• Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

The Registered Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager and provides high‑quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
