As the Oncology Nurse Director, you'll serve as the central hub for patient care coordination, helping patients navigate diagnosis, treatment, survivorship, and supportive care with confidence and continuity.
Clinical Leadership & Care CoordinationYou will:
- Coordinate all clinical care within the oncology clinic to maximize:
- Patient safety
- Quality outcomes

- Order entry coordination

Additional Job Description
Qualifications Experience- Previous oncology nursing experience preferred
- Infusion nursing experience strongly preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Master's Degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Active RN license in South Carolina or compact state (required)
- ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certification (required or must be obtained within designated timeframe)
- Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Current ACLS Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
