Location:
Lancaster, South Carolina
What We Offer:

Schedule:
Full-time (36 hours weekly). Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week, includes some weekend coverage.
Shift Differentials:
Earn additional pay when eligible (must work at least 4 hours into the shift):
- Monday
- Thursday 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. = $4.50 per hour - Monday
- Thursday 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. = $4.75 per hour - Friday
- Sunday 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. = $7.00 per hour - Saturday – Sunday 7 a.m. – 3 p.m. = $5.00 per hour
- Saturday – Sunday 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. = $6.50 per hour

The Registered Nurse reports to the Nurse Manager and provides high-quality nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver patient and family-centered care
- Coordinate care with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Lead and support assigned team members
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Provide patient education and health promotion
- Promote a safe, therapeutic, and healing environment
- Participate in shared governance and professional practice initiatives
- Utilize critical thinking to improve patient outcomes
- Support clinical excellence and evidence-based practice
- Demonstrate accountability, leadership, and professional growth

Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Licensure &
Certifications:
Current South Carolina Registered Nurse License or Compact State RN License, current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
