• Be the heartbeat of the ER team, guiding care during critical moments
• Work alongside passionate professionals who value teamwork and trust
• Make real-time decisions that directly impact patient outcomes
• Grow your leadership skills in a supportive, high-energy environment

• Provide expert nursing care to patients of all ages using the nursing process
• Lead and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff during your shift
• Ensure compliance with ER nursing standards and best practices
• Act as Charge Nurse, coordinating patient care and staff assignments
• Communicate effectively with leadership, including notifying the Director of unit concerns
• Float to other units as needed and support staffing coverage, including on-call shifts
• Maintain excellence in care delivery—even during challenging conditions

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina or compact state
• BLS & ACLS certifications (American Heart Association required)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred, but not required)
• Strong leadership, delegation, and critical-thinking skills
