As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care utilizing the nursing process, including:
- Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized patient care
- Delivering patient- and family-centered care that addresses physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and educational needs
- Coordinating care with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Providing health education that empowers patients and families
- Prioritizing patient safety while maintaining a therapeutic and healing environment
- Leading and collaborating with nursing team members to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
- Participating in shared governance, peer review, and quality improvement initiatives
- Demonstrating critical thinking, accountability, and clinical excellence every day
Required
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current South Carolina Registered Nurse license or Compact State RN license
- Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred
- Previous Postpartum nursing experience
