We’re seeking a Part-time or Full-time Pest Control Technician who excels in an autonomous outdoor environment, is committed to ensuring customer happiness, is passionate about building relationships, and takes immense pride in a job well done. • Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections
• Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
• Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal
• Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management
• Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands‑on approach to problem‑solving
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Eye for detail and commitment to safety
  
  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
• Enjoys working outdoors in a fast‑paced, physical environment

• Experience in pest control, landscaping, construction, or maintenance
• Customer service or delivery driving experience (Uber, Door Dash, Amazon, etc.)
• A passion for leading others and taking ownership of results
