This is a full-time, outdoor service role with a dependable schedule. Some flexibility is available, and occasional weekend availability may be preferred during peak mosquito season.

We are seeking a dependable, motivated, and detail-oriented Mosquito Control Technician to join our growing team.

This is a new and expanding business, which means every team member plays an important role in helping us build a strong presence in the Fort Mill, Lancaster, and Rock Hill communities.

In addition to delivering excellent mosquito control service, you must be comfortable supporting local marketing efforts such as hanging door hangers and placing yard signs in service areas. We are building something meaningful, and that requires resilience, initiative, and pride in helping the business grow.

• Driving to client homes and businesses throughout Fort Mill, Lancaster, and Rock Hill
• Inspecting properties for mosquito breeding areas and pest-conducive conditions
• Applying mosquito control treatments using backpack sprayers and professional equipment
• Creating protective barriers around homes to reduce future infestations
• Educating homeowners on prevention and outdoor protection
• Supporting business growth by distributing door hangers and placing lawn signs in targeted neighborhoods
• Maintaining a clean, professional vehicle and equipment
• Providing a consistent, positive, and professional customer experience every visit

Because we are a new and growing company, team members must be comfortable wearing multiple hats and taking ownership of helping the business succeed.

• Shows up consistently and follows through

• Has a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Can lift at least 45 pounds and carry a backpack sprayer
• Is willing to obtain a state pest control license (training provided)
