This is an excellent opportunity for experienced manufacturing professionals, machinists, welders, fabricators, machine operators, quality technicians, and skilled tradespeople who have experience using calipers, micrometers, tape measures, and other precision measuring instruments

What You’ll DoAs a Quality Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring finished products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
Responsibilities:- Inspect finished parts and assemblies for quality, appearance, and workmanship
- Verify dimensions using precision measuring equipment such as:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Tape measures
- Gauges
- Review work orders, specifications, and manufacturing instructions
- Identify defects, dimensional discrepancies, surface imperfections, coating issues, and other non‑conformances
- Tag, document, and segregate non‑conforming materials
- Verify proper packaging, labeling, and shipment preparation
- Complete inspection reports and accurately record measurements and findings
- Communicate quality concerns to production leadership and team members
- Perform minor touch‑ups or corrections when permitted
- Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and operating procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality inspection, manufacturing, production, fabrication, machining, welding, or a related industrial environment
- Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers
- Ability to accurately read and interpret measurements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow written work instructions and specifications
- Basic computer and documentation skills
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
- Previous quality control or quality assurance experience
- Experience reading blueprints, drawings, or technical specifications
- Background in fabrication, machining, welding, assembly, or production environments
- Knowledge of dimensional tolerances and inspection techniques
