Akkodis is seeking a QA Auditor for a direct hire position in Lancaster, SC. We are seeking a supplier qualification and risk assessment expert who understands manufacturing risk, supplier quality, and regulated production environments. The ideal candidate has the ability to walk into a supplier facility, assess what's happening in real time, and make sound quality decisions.
Pay Range: $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 per hour on W2;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

QA Auditor job responsibilities include:
- Supplier Qualification / External Compliance (70%) includes:
Supplier qualification program, supplier oversight, vendor approval, CMO qualification, contract lab qualification, and managing third-party audit resources. - Auditing (30%) includes: supplier audits, CMO audits, contract laboratory audits, and third-party auditor management.
- Travel (20-30%) will be Domestic and concentration in:
Utah, Kansas, Missouri, and Wisconsin. Travel is planned and flexible. Short-notice travel is rare. - Southeast Asia audits are generally conducted by third-party auditors that this person will oversee.
- This is not a desk auditor role.
Qualifications:
- BS in a science or technical field
- 5-10 years of QA experience
- Started in manufacturing quality
- Supplier quality background
- Experience qualifying and auditing: raw material suppliers, packaging suppliers, CMOs, and contract labs
- FDA-regulated manufacturing exposure
- Comfortable traveling 20-30%
- Able to perform risk-based decision making

Experience:
- Experience with:
Qualityze, Track Wise, SAP, Electronic Batch Records, or Lens - Experience helping to develop or optimize QMS workflows
