Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following hospital protocols.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare facilities, public areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and escorts as needed, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.;
Complete detailed reports and maintain clear communication with hospital staff, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership.
