We are seeking a Training & Development Coordinator to support onboarding, training execution, and recordkeeping at a high-volume manufacturing facility. This role is essential in ensuring employees receive consistent, compliant, and effective training aligned with safety, quality, and production standards.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions, including safety, security, and production processes.
  • Schedule and organize training sessions across multiple shifts.
  • Track training completion, certifications, and participation using internal systems.
  • Maintain accurate training documentation and records.
  • Support the preparation and translation of training materials for Spanish‑speaking employees.
  • Assist with group and one‑on‑one training sessions as needed.
  • Collaborate with department leads to identify training needs.
  • Monitor training feedback and elevate concerns to the Training Supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in training coordination or administrative support, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Bilingual in Spanish (verbal and written) – required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to groups.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; LMS experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑focused environment.
Work Environment
  • Combination of office and production floor settings.
  • Frequent standing, walking, and movement.
  • Use of PPE such as safety glasses, gloves, and protective clothing as required.
