Responsible for being a liaison between the Direct Fulfilment Program Manager, demand planners and the DSV fulfilment site.

• Ensure commitments from various demand planning groups are within agreed product lead times.
• Resolve delays in providing required material within agreed timelines.
• Manage lead times of all POs placed on behalf of the customer and report on agreed lead times.
• Expedite POs as needed.
• Ensure the recommit process is followed.
• Review the backlog report, coordinate any exclusions with suppliers, and review recommits and rejected expedited requests.
• Review supplier build/ship plans to confirm they meet commitments based on PO commit dates.
• Identify and eliminate potential on‑time shipment (OTS) issues, document them, and report on these issues weekly.
• Manually schedule orders falling outside the product’s scheduled lead time with suppliers and identify reasons why the product is not scheduled within lead time.
• Monitor lead times of all POs, ensure shipments meet lead time commitments, and manage the process to correct any issues.

• Capability to perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Must pass any federal, state or local government, airport, or company‑required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests.

• Exceptional interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Generally prefer 2–4 years of related experience.

Expected base pay range is $33.00 – $41.00 per hour, determined by relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
