Recruit applicants for truck drivers; primarily over the phone
Schedule and make arrangements for drivers to report for orientation
Assemble and mail out promotional material
Occasionally visit training schools, attend trade shows & travel promoting FFE

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum 2 years college or 2 years work related experience within the trucking industry
Familiar with industry, state, and federal hiring requirements
Strong interpersonal skills and initiative
Demonstrate strong communications skills, both written and oral
Basic PC skills required
Ability to multi-task
