Business Change Manager, Road Transport

• Manage assigned change projects and work streams from planning through implementation and adoption
• Develop and execute change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and resistance management
• Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, Finance, and other cross-functional teams on business implementations, system enhancements, and process improvements
• Conduct change-impact and readiness assessments
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Map and evaluate current-state processes and support future-state workflows and solutions
• Liaise between business and technical teams to align requirements, system impacts, and business needs
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, business-user participation, issue resolution, and validation
• Maintain requirements, process maps, testing documentation, project plans, training materials, and related deliverables
• Coordinate implementation readiness, communications, and training
• Monitor milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, change adoption, and stakeholder communications
• Assess impacts of changes in project scope, timing, or requirements
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and project discussions
• Prioritize multiple projects and competing business needs
• Identify and recommend process improvement and operational efficiency opportunities
• Perform other assigned duties, projects, and responsibilities
• Work primarily in a professional office environment, with occasional access to operational or warehouse environments and possible travel based on project and business needs

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain/Logistics, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in change management, business analysis, project management, logistics operations, process improvement, consulting, or a related field
• Experience supporting or independently managing cross-functional projects, system implementations, or business process changes
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, facilitating stakeholder discussions, and developing current- and future-state process maps
• Knowledge of change management principles and methodologies, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and resistance management
• Strong business analysis and process-mapping skills
• Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and communicate effectively between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions without direct authority
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, Teams, and One Note
• Spanish proficiency is a plus
• Experience with in transportation, logistics, freight brokerage, or supply chain environments preferred
• Prosci Change Management/ADKAR certification preferred
• PMP certification or equivalent project management training preferred
• Knowledge of Transportation Management Systems (TMS), logistics and freight brokerage processes, and system integrations such as EDI and API preferred
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence preferred
• Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
• Ability to regularly communicate verbally and in writing
• May occasionally lift or move office materials weighing up to approximately 15 pounds
