Full Time Summary The Business Change Manager supports the planning, execution, and successful adoption of cross-functional change initiatives involving business processes, systems, and operational improvements across DSV Road. This role partners with Operations, IT, Engineering, Finance, and other stakeholders to manage assigned projects, gather and translate business requirements, assess impacts, coordinate testing and implementation, and support successful adoption of change.

This position serves as an individual contributor and is responsible for independently managing assigned projects and work streams using change management, project management, and business analysis best practices.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned change projects and work streams from planning through implementation and adoption.
• Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, adoption, and resistance-management activities.
• Partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to support new business implementations, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Conduct change-impact and readiness assessments to identify affected stakeholders, processes, systems, risks, and implementation needs.
• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, process reviews, and workflow analysis.
• Map and evaluate current-state processes and support the development of future-state workflows and solutions.
• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure requirements, system impacts, and business needs are clearly understood and aligned.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, business-user participation, issue resolution, and validation prior to implementation.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including requirements, process maps, testing documentation, project plans, training materials and related deliverables.
• Coordinate implementation readiness, communications, and training to support successful adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working.
