Location: Lancaster, TX

Duration: 12+ Months (Immediate Start)

Type: 1099 Contractor

Pay Rate: $49/hr

Per Diem: None

Completion Bonus: $150/month

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours: 50+ per week

Join a team supporting a large-scale data center construction project in Lancaster, TX. This role offers the opportunity to oversee the implementation and management of an established Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program across multiple subcontractors and trades working in a complex mission‑critical environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional with strong LOTO experience who enjoys coordinating contractors, driving compliance, and ensuring safe energy isolation practices throughout all phases of construction and commissioning activities.

• OSHA 30 Certification or Higher
• 5+ years of construction safety experience
• Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Experience Required
• Ability to pass a background check

• Data center construction experience
• Commissioning or startup experience
• Electrical or mechanical construction experience
• Experience working with energized systems and energy isolation procedures
• CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential

• Administer and oversee the project's Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program
• Coordinate LOTO activities among multiple subcontractors and trades
• Ensure compliance with project‑specific energy isolation procedures
• Conduct audits and inspections of LOTO practices and documentation
• Verify proper lockout procedures prior to work activities
• Support contractor onboarding and LOTO training initiatives
• Review energy control procedures and isolation plans
• Maintain LOTO records, documentation, and compliance reports
• Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate energy‑related hazards
• Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
• Promote a positive safety culture focused on energy isolation and worker protection
