Construction LOTO Coordinator
Location: Lancaster, TX
Duration: 12+ Months (Immediate Start)
Type: 1099 Contractor
Pay Rate: $49/hr
Per Diem: None
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Hours: 50+ per week

This role offers the opportunity to oversee the implementation and management of an established Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program across multiple subcontractors and trades working in a complex mission‑critical environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional with strong LOTO experience who enjoys coordinating contractors, driving compliance, and ensuring safe energy isolation practices throughout all phases of construction and commissioning activities.
Required Qualifications- OSHA 30 Certification or Higher
- 5+ years of construction safety experience
- Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Experience Required
- Ability to pass a background check
- Data center construction experience
- Commissioning or startup experience
- Electrical or mechanical construction experience
- Experience working with energized systems and energy isolation procedures
- CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
- Administer and oversee the project's Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) program
- Coordinate LOTO activities among multiple subcontractors and trades
- Ensure compliance with project‑specific energy isolation procedures
- Conduct audits and inspections of LOTO practices and documentation
- Verify proper lockout procedures prior to work activities
- Support contractor onboarding and LOTO training initiatives
- Review energy control procedures and isolation plans
- Maintain LOTO records, documentation, and compliance reports
- Partner with project teams to identify and mitigate energy‑related hazards
- Support incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Promote a positive safety culture focused on energy isolation and worker protection
