Process and input all customer orders.;
Run shipments from Warehouse Management System (WMS) and generate related paperwork.;
Check orders for special requests and expedite as necessary; trace orders and notify customers of activity.;
Coordinate with other departments to meet service standards; ensure proper invoicing and handle returns/credits.;
Maintain customer relations by responding to inquiries and complaints; act as liaison between warehouse and customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
