Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunity for a skilled and compassionate Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) to serve students in the Lancaster, Texas area and neighboring communities. This full-time contract position empowers you to make a meaningful difference in K-12 educational settings, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth.

Key Qualifications
  • Valid Texas LSSP license required
  • Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology or related field
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist within K-12 educational settings
  • Expertise in conducting psycho educational assessments and interpreting results
  • Strong commitment to evidence-based interventions and individualized support services
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with culturally and linguistically diverse populations
  • Knowledge of special education law and procedures
Primary Responsibilities
  • Deliver direct counseling services and crisis intervention for students
  • Perform comprehensive psycho educational evaluations and eligibility assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education and behavior intervention plans
  • Participate in ARD/IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Provide consultation to teachers, staff, and parents regarding student needs
  • Support the creation of safe, inclusive, and positive school climates
  • Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with district and state standards
  • Travel between assigned campuses within the Lancaster area and surrounding neighborhoods as needed
