- Manage full-cycle recruitment activities for professional, strategic, executive, and difficult-to-fill positions across multiple business units, locations, and functions
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Conduct intake meetings and workforce planning discussions to develop recruitment strategies for critical hiring initiatives
- Provide day-to-day coaching, mentoring, and support to Talent Acquisition team members
- Support onboarding, training, and development of new Talent Acquisition team members
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
- Experience serving as a Senior Recruiter, Lead Recruiter, Team Lead, Project Lead, or similar role providing guidance, mentorship, or functional leadership to others
- Experience supporting high-volume, multi-site recruiting operations across geographically dispersed locations preferred
- Demonstrated success building partnerships with business leaders and influencing hiring decisions
- Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consultative partnership skills.
