UNFI in Lancaster, TX is seeking an Associate Human Resources Business Partner to partner with HR Manager to execute HR strategies across Talent Development, Workforce Planning, Engagement, and compliance, while supporting on-site operations.
You will build relationships with business leaders, oversee onboarding, training, employee relations, and administer HR programs in line with policies. Travel up to 10% may be required; a Bachelor's degree and 1+ year HR experience are preferred.
