DSV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Field Driver Recruiting to lead field-based recruitment for CDL-A drivers across the United States. You will work closely with Operations and HR to align hiring with market conditions, build driver pipelines, and execute targeted campaigns in priority markets.
You will conduct grassroots recruiting at truck stops, CDL schools, career fairs, and community events while maintaining strong partnerships with external sources.
