Full Time Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner, Employer Branding is responsible for developing and executing employer branding, recruitment marketing, candidate attraction, and talent communications strategies that strengthen DSV's position as an employer of choice and increase qualified applicant flow.
This role serves as the employer branding and recruitment marketing subject-matter expert within Talent Acquisition, partnering closely with TA leadership, recruiters, People & Organization (P&O), Marketing/Communications, business leaders, and external vendors to translate workforce needs into targeted talent attraction strategies.
Duties & Responsibilities Employer Brand Strategy & Recruitment Marketing- Develop and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies aligned with Talent Acquisition priorities, workforce plans, new business launches, hard-to-fill positions, and high-volume hiring initiatives.
- Translate business and recruiting needs into targeted campaigns designed to increase awareness, engagement, qualified applicant flow, and conversion.
- Develop differentiated recruitment marketing approaches for professional, frontline, high-volume, skilled, specialized, and geographically challenging talent markets.
- Maintain employer brand standards across Talent Acquisition communications and candidate-facing materials while ensuring alignment with broader corporate branding guidelines.
- Develop and maintain recruitment marketing assets, including digital advertisements, social media content, hiring-event materials, recruiter toolkits, job campaign materials, presentations, and other Talent Acquisition collateral.
- Own and manage Talent Acquisition social media outreach and recruitment-focused content strategy across approved platforms.
- Develop content calendars and targeted campaigns supporting hiring initiatives, hiring events, new site launches, employee stories, referral programs, critical vacancies, and employer brand awareness.
- Monitor campaign engagement, reach, traffic, applicant conversion, and channel performance to identify opportunities to strengthen talent attraction.
- Evaluate emerging digital channels and recruitment marketing opportunities based on target candidate demographics, market behavior, and recruiting needs.
- Monitor employer review platforms, social channels, and other candidate-facing sources for trends affecting DSV's employment reputation.
- Coordinate timely and professional responses to employer reviews and support appropriate outreach or internal follow-up when significant or recurring concerns are identified.
- Partner with leadership to identify and elevate recurring themes, understand potential root causes, and develop strategies to strengthen employee advocacy and DSV's employer reputation.
- Track employer sentiment and identify trends by location, business unit, occupation, or other relevant talent population, where appropriate.
- Establish measurable KPIs for recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding investments.
- Track and analyze advertising spend and campaign performance using measures such as applicant volume and quality, cost per applicant, source effectiveness, conversion rates, engagement, cost per hire, and hiring-event ROI.
