DSV is looking for an experienced Driver Recruiter to help build the driver workforce behind our growing transportation operations. In this role, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for CDL-A and non-CDL drivers, from developing sourcing strategies and building candidate pipelines to screening, offers, and pre-employment processing.

This isn't a general recruiting role. We're looking for someone who understands the commercial driver market, knows how to recruit CDL-A drivers in competitive markets, and has hands-on experience using Ten Street
.

You'll work closely with Operations, Human Resources, and Safety & Compliance to keep candidates moving through the process and help DSV hire qualified drivers across local, regional, dedicated, and over-the-road operations.

If you're an experienced driver recruiter who enjoys building pipelines, connecting with drivers, solving hiring challenges, and seeing your work directly impact transportation operations, this could be a great next step.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for CDL-A and non-CDL driver positions, from requisition intake and sourcing through candidate selection, offer presentation, and pre-employment processing.
• Partner with Operations and HR leaders to understand current and anticipated driver staffing requirements across local, regional, dedicated, and over-the-road (OTR) operations.
• Source and attract qualified driver candidates through Ten Street, job boards, social media, referrals, industry-specific platforms, recruiting events, community outreach, and other sourcing channels while maintaining active pipelines for immediate and anticipated hiring needs.
• Review applications, conduct candidate screens and phone interviews, and coordinate additional interviews with hiring managers and operational leaders as appropriate.
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruiting and pre-employment process to drive candidate engagement and provide a positive and timely candidate experience.
