Core Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in computing infrastructure, networking, operating systems, or hardware.
- Experience in people management.
- Experience with initiating and executing strategic initiatives in a global environment.
- Experience leading and improving Environmental Health and Safety initiatives.
- Ability to implement and drive the safety culture at the site, while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills.
- English proficiency is a requirement for all roles unless stated otherwise in the job posting.
- Oversee the computing and networking operations of a data center site(s). Ensure service level objectives are met and team performance is aligned to those goals.
- Ensure data center related priorities are consistent with company objectives.
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of technical staff to meet objectives. Take responsibility for the management and implementation of multiple projects for the team.
- Work with others to set and implement short-term and long-term strategy for the site.
- Identify problems and create solutions for computing and network architecture.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $138000 - $201000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + bonus + equity + benefits.
