thredUP is seeking an IT Support Technician to be the on-site tech for our Lancaster, TX warehouse. You’ll support hardware, software, and networking, quickly diagnosing issues and keeping operations running smoothly on the floor.
Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in technical support, are comfortable in a Linux environment, understand TCP/IP networking, and provide excellent service to non‑technical staff. You’ll document solutions, automate simple tasks, and assist with asset management.
