Job Summary
Warehouse Manager – Lancaster, TX
We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Manager in Lancaster, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division.
Compensation & SchedulePay Type:
Exempt / Salary paid twice per month
Salary: $70,000 to $75,000
Schedule:
Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (flexibility to work additional hours or days as needed).

- Oversee day‑to‑day operations within the assigned function
- Lead direct reports and attain daily operational goals within the functional area
- Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
- Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
- Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
- Health and safety management
- Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Ability to work within international functional teams

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) - Advanced logistics industry knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations
- Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
- Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field
- One or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
- Advanced logistics industry knowledge
- Advanced knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations
- Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
- Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production
