Warehouse Manager – Lancaster, TX

We are immediately hiring a Warehouse Manager in Lancaster, TX for our Supply Chain Solutions division.

Pay Type:

Exempt / Salary paid twice per month

Salary: $70,000 to $75,000

Schedule:

Sunday through Thursday, 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (flexibility to work additional hours or days as needed).

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations within the assigned function
• Lead direct reports and attain daily operational goals within the functional area
• Customer service satisfaction and expectation management
• Staffing performance management and development of exempt and non‑exempt employees
• Manage day‑to‑day planning and scheduling
• Health and safety management
• Ensure compliance with state, local, and federal regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Advanced logistics industry knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations
• Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred
• Two or more years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry related field
• One or more years of direct supervisory/leadership experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
• Advanced logistics industry knowledge
• Advanced knowledge of customer/company local and federal regulations
• Intermediate fundamental knowledge of supply chain management components
• Advanced knowledge of manufacturing and production
