Responsibilities
- Manage and grow customer relationships in LTL freight operations
- Oversee day-to-day account execution and shipment coordination
- Negotiate rates and secure carrier capacity
- Analyze shipment characteristics for optimal routing
- High School Diploma or GED required;
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related field preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in LTL transportation
- Strong knowledge of LTL operations and carrier networks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills
