Responsibilities
- Assist with monitoring freight shipments from pickup through final delivery
- Support daily transportation operations by coordinating with customers, carriers, and internal operations teams
- Track shipment status and communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders
- Help identify and upscale shipment delays, service failures, and other transportation exceptions
- Currently pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest in transportation, logistics, brokerage, or supply chain management
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
