Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Facility Administrator overseeing a large-scale Government, medical supply shipper/packer contract. Qualified candidates will have knowledge and experience overseeing large teams of 100+ employees, provide daily onsite supervisory and technical monitoring of contract staff. The qualified FA will oversee human resource management duties, provide oversight of policy compliance, provide training and orientation to contract personnel, and complete ongoing competency assessments to include performance management and quality control.
This individual will be required to work Monday through Friday and weekends as needed. One shift available, 3:30p-12a.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of work experience demonstrating on-site managerial supervision, leadership of teams exceeding 100+ personnel, project management proficiency, and strong human resource knowledge.
- Six Sigma Certification at or above the Green Belt and/or Project Management Certification (PMP) required.
- Ability to manage and oversee large programs a must.
- Experience in creating and implementing quality control plans with large scale teams required.
