How You’ll Make An Impact

As a Training Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring new hires, trainees, and trainers are set up for success within the Distribution Center. You’ll support the planning and coordination of training activities, partner closely with trainers, leadership, and the Training Manager. You will provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality, consistent training across all shifts. Your focus will be on day-to-day execution — supporting trainers, tracking progress, identifying opportunities for improvement, and helping create a smooth, engaging onboarding experience for every new team member.

This Role, You’ll Get To
  • Support Training Operations
    • Coordinate daily and weekly training schedules in partnership with the Training Manager and Operations leadership.
    • Anticipate coverage gaps and ensure trainers and flex trainers are positioned where needed.
    • Help maintain accurate certification and readiness tracking through Workday, Stitch and other tools.
  • Coach and Develop Trainers
    • Observe training sessions to ensure effective facilitation, engagement and adherence to standards.
    • Provide constructive feedback and coaching to trainers through regular check-ins and development conversations.
    • Partner with the Training Manager to identify strengths, growth opportunities and additional training needs.
  • Monitor New Hire Progress
    • Track new hire performance during the training period using data from Stitch, Looker and dashboards.
    • Identify trends, accuracy issues or behavioral concerns and provide timely follow-up in collaboration with trainers.
    • Communicate with Area Managers and Operation partners to ensure smooth handoffs after training completion.
  • Support Flex Trainer Development & Talent Pipeline
    • Partner with the Area Manager to mentor and develop flex trainers, setting goals and providing growth opportunities.
    • Identify team members in the DC who show potential and interest in advancing through DC development programs.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement
    • Collect and share stop/start/continue feedback and new hire survey data monthly.
    • Work with trainers and the Training Manager to implement improvements in processes, tools, or content.
    • Support the rollout of new systems and updates by modeling adaptability and helping trainers learn and adopt changes.
  • Maintain Strong Communication & Collaboration
    • Keep trainers, Ops and leadership informed of updates, challenges, and schedule changes. Communicate proactively about coverage, trainer performance, and new hire readiness.
    • Partner with the Training Manager and People Team on documentation, attendance, and follow-up conversations as needed.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, production, or training environments.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a leadership, trainer, or coaching role preferred.
