Position Summary
Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and in writing, e.g., customers, suppliers, associates.
Implement the business plan for the area of responsibility by communicating goals, managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties, and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals such as production, quality, and safety.
Monitor and manage productivity by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards by ensuring associates are trained in logistics and company policies, monitoring compliance, distributing and maintaining procedures, and supporting documentation.
Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others to determine corrective action or make recommendations for resolution.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting, and modeling company policies and procedures.
Identify training and development needs and participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching, and evaluation of associates and leaders.
Build high‑performing teams that embrace differences in people, cultures, ideas, and experiences, creating a workplace where associates feel seen, supported, and connected through a culture of belonging.
Work collaboratively, build strong and trusting relationships, communicate with impact, energy, and positivity to motivate and influence.

- Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field and 1 year supervisory experience.
- OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience.
- OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
- OR 2 years supervisory experience.
- Must attend and successfully complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Experience supervising associates.
- Experience as a Walmart Logistics Manager.
- Bachelor’s in Business or Logistics.

Annual salary range: $65,500.00 - $98,000.00. Additional compensation may include regional pay zone adjustments and stock options.
