Join Avery Dennison as a Machine Operator, where you will take ownership of advanced labeling technology to deliver high-quality products. We are looking for a mechanically inclined Technical Pilot who is accountable, curious about how equipment functions, and thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Shift: D, 12AM-6AM, Wed, 6PM-6AM Thurs, Fri, Sat
What You’ll Do
Performance & Accuracy: Operate label machines efficiently to meet daily production deadlines while minimizing material waste.
Technical Ownership: Use your mechanical aptitude to monitor equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and identify root causes rather than band-aid fixes.
Data & Quality: Maintain accurate logs of raw materials using our ERP system and ensure a zero-defect mindset through close attention to detail.

Collaboration:
Maintain a clean, safe work area and collaborate with the production team to ensure overall site health.

QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED.
1–2 years of related manufacturing or machine operation experience.
Strong mechanical skills and the ability to analyze equipment performance.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for the duration of a shift.
Color vision proficiency to distinguish product variations.
