Production Operator

• Manage daily production line operations to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
• Accurately complete applicable quality and production reports on an hourly basis.
• Perform physical and visual inspections of product to prevent non‑conforming goods.
• Report all quality defects to team members and shift leadership.
• Adhere to company safety programs, GMP, and all food safety regulations.
• Maintain general housekeeping in all production areas and other assigned areas.
• Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot minor production line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
• Ensure regular and predictable attendance.
• Work 12‑hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule or as dictated by production demand.

Minimum required:
High School Diploma or GED. Preferred:
Associate’s Degree.
