Essential Functions- Manage daily production line operations to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.
- Accurately complete applicable quality and production reports on an hourly basis.
- Perform physical and visual inspections of product to prevent non‑conforming goods.
- Report all quality defects to team members and shift leadership.
- Adhere to company safety programs, GMP, and all food safety regulations.
- Maintain general housekeeping in all production areas and other assigned areas.
- Maintain appropriate levels of raw materials to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot minor production line issues and perform relief duties as needed.
- Ensure regular and predictable attendance.
- Work 12‑hour shifts, day or night, on a rotating schedule or as dictated by production demand.

Minimum required:
High School Diploma or GED. Preferred:
Associate’s Degree.
