Overview

Kenco Logistics, a leading 3PL provider, is hiring a Warehouse Associate to support order fulfillment and inventory processes.

• Pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring correct product quantity and type.
• Measure, weigh, and count products and packaging materials.
• Operate forklift or order picker as required.
• Affix shipping and tracking labels to boxes and pallets.
• Label shipping boxes or products per DOT, IATA, and IMDG regulations.
• Inspect containers, materials, and products to meet packing specifications.
• Execute and document quality inspections per SOP.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and keep the facility inspection ready for SQFI, FDA, and customer standards.
• Report missing items, quality variances, and incidents to supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping duties and miscellaneous tasks assigned by supervisor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Background and drug screening required.
• Ability to complete physical tasks (stooping, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Not expected to travel.
