We are currently hiring Production Workers / Manufacturing Associates for our Lancaster, Texas facility.
Position SummaryThe Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting materials, and maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is essential to ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and on-time production performance.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work and working as part of a team.
Primary Responsibilities- Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
- Assemble bathware products according to production specifications and quality standards
- Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
- Maintain production pace to support daily manufacturing goals
- Follow all workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility
- Assist with material handling, product movement, packaging, or staging as needed
- Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors
- Support team members and assist in other production areas when required
- Perform additional duties assigned by production leadership
Preferred Experience
- Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
- Experience operating machinery or industrial equipment is a plus
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout scheduled shifts
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a production setting
- Comfortable working around machinery, noise, varying temperatures, and industrial equipment
