We are currently hiring Production Workers / Manufacturing Associates for our Lancaster, Texas facility.

The Production Worker supports daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting materials, and maintaining production efficiency in a fast-paced industrial environment. This role is essential to ensuring product quality, workplace safety, and on-time production performance.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals with manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience who enjoy hands-on work and working as part of a team.

• Operate manufacturing equipment and production machinery safely and efficiently
• Assemble bathware products according to production specifications and quality standards
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for defects, damage, or inconsistencies
• Maintain production pace to support daily manufacturing goals
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the facility
• Assist with material handling, product movement, packaging, or staging as needed
• Communicate equipment issues, production concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors
• Support team members and assist in other production areas when required
• Perform additional duties assigned by production leadership

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
• Experience operating machinery or industrial equipment is a plus
• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks in a production setting
• Comfortable working around machinery, noise, varying temperatures, and industrial equipment
