Oversee daily activities of the production line to meet safety, quality, and throughput goals.;
Complete quality and production reports hourly and perform visual inspections.;
Report quality defects to shift leadership and ensure GMP and food safety standards.;
Manage raw materials levels to minimize downtime and assist with line troubleshooting.;
Maintain high attendance and adapt to a rotating 2-2-3 12-hour shift schedule.
