Sika is seeking an experienced Blend Operator for its Lancaster, TX facility. You will operate state-of-the-art mixers, pumping systems, and tinting equipment, following process orders from start to finish and helping package finished products for customers.
Responsibilities include maintaining safety, conducting inventory checks, documenting processes, and performing line changes with equipment adjustments as needed. Must lift up to 100 lbs occasionally and 50 lbs frequently.
