, a trusted name in custom manufacturing for over seven decades, is looking for a motivated CAD/CAM Drafter & CNC Programmer to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in AutoCAD and a basic understanding of CNC programming who’s ready to learn, grow, and build real-world experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Assist with programming CNC equipment using G-Code
• Use CAD software to prepare technical drawings and part layouts
• Convert AutoCAD files into CAM-ready formats
• Collaborate with machinists and engineers to refine programs for production efficiency
• Support setup observation and help troubleshoot new programs

• 6+ months of relevant experience OR technical school training
• High school diploma or GED
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and CAM software
• Basic understanding of CNC machines and machining processes
• Good math skills (algebra, geometry, measurements)
• Team player with solid communication skills

• Full-Time:
  Monday – Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM--40 hours
