We are looking for a hardworking and compassionate Physician’s Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner to join our practice.

Alpha Medical Center is a one stop shop for all basic healthcare needs, where our areas of focus are not only Primary Care/Internal Medicine, but we also have an inhouse Lab, X-ray, Echocardiograms, Ultrasounds, Opioid Dependency, Medical Weight Management, just to name a few of the services we offer.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES- Under the direction of a physician, provides direct patient care including gathering detailed history and performing physical exams.
- Perform or order tests and interprets results.
- Administer therapeutic procedures as needed.
- Instruct on care and maintain electronic EMR charting on patients.
- Determine abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests.
- Maintain timely and accurate records in EMR and adheres to all HIPAA protocols.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Maintains all state required licenses and CME credits.
- At least 1 year working experience preferred in related field, such as general practice, family or internal medicine.
- No current or pending malpractice lawsuits.
- Active Texas PA license/ Texas NP license
- Maintain a professional appearance, demeanor and team oriented behavior; have mutual respect for upper management and team members.
- Must be punctual, dependable, goal oriented and able to receive constructive coaching.
- Reliable transportation.
JOB TYPE: FULL TIME
SALARY: $100,000-$130,000 per year dependent on experience
