- 2pm - 10pm
- 10pm - 6am (4 on 2 off rotation with a .75 shift differential)
- Double Weekend (Shift Differential on 2pm-10pm)
- As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) you will provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient's care plan.
- Support the greatest possible degree of independence for patients conducive to the safety policies & procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
- Comply with safe lifting and/or safe transfer of patients per established policies & procedures.
- Identify, document and report changes in conditions of resident to the supervisor.
- Active TX Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) License
