What You’ll DoIn this role, you will support quality across the production process and help ensure customer requirements are met.
As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will work closely with Production and Engineering to ensure all parts meet customer specifications and quality standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Use precision inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, CMMs, and more
- Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical standards
- Perform First Article Inspections (FAI) and complete required documentation, particularly for aerospace-related parts
- Conduct first piece, in-process, and final inspections, generating inspection reports as needed
- Collaborating with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues and support continuous improvement efforts
- High school diploma or GED
- One or more years of experience in a related inspection, quality, or manufacturing role
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience working in environments certified to ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards
- Knowledge and hands‑on experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection (FAI) reports
- Familiarity with aerospace industry requirements and quality expectations
- Lead or supervisory experience in a quality or manufacturing role
- Proficiency with SPC tools/software
- Skilled use of inspection tools and equipment including:
- Calipers, micrometers, Height Gauges
- Optical comparators, CMMs
- Local candidates preferred
- Stable, established company with a long‑tenured team and strong reputation in manufacturing
