Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. ** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at the location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders as needed.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, parking, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, or operational concerns to the appropriate personnel.

+ Support truck gate and loading dock activity by observing inbound and outbound traffic, maintaining accurate logs, and following post instructions for deliveries, pickups, and restricted areas.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.

+ At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

+ CPR certification is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
