Carpenter Foreman; Lancaster, TX

Holder Construction is seeking a Carpenter Foreman level associate to join our project in Lancaster, TX.

Carpenter Foreman job duties/responsibilities include leading team to complete daily tasks ividual will be responsible for coordinating projects and ensuring all projects are completed. Individual will monitor production schedule and attendance of crew. We consider this a working foreman position and individual will also step in to assist team in completion of tasks/projects when needed.

Ideal candidate for this position will possess 10 years of construction experience, leadership skills, and must be able to read basic drawings and have training on construction safety protocols (i.e. OSHA 10, fall protection, mobile elevated platform (boom and scissor)). Forklift operator training work would be a plus.

Qualified Candidates for the positions listed above must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, use fingers, hands & arms to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, work on uneven surfaces/heights, be able to read/write, have the ability to see & hear well either naturally or with correction.

Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs. 75% of the time.

Individuals must be able to work in an OSHA compliant safety environment, work outside and must be able to work overtime and weekend hours. Punctuality and promptness are required every day.
